[RÉGLÉ] erreur 500

Bonjour à tous !
Je suis débutante et…je nage ;-) avec Phoca Gallery version 3.2.3. J’ai installé phoca depuis le site phoca.cz

D’une part je n’arrive pas à installer les 2 fichiers pour avoir la version en français (via File Zilla)
D’autre part :
En cliquant sur les icônes : Images et Catégories, je vois le message suivant :
